CCB Appoints Nina Gustafson as New Area Retail Manager
CCB, the locally owned and operated independent community bank headquartered in Little Valley, NY, has announced the addition of Nina Gustafson as a new Area Retail Manager. Bringing over three decades of banking and financial experience, Nina will oversee retail operations across multiple branches, focusing on deepening customer relationships and enhancing CCB’s community-first approach.
Gustafson’s background spans leadership roles throughout financial institutions in Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania, where she has excelled in retail banking, business development, and customer service management. Her dedication to delivering personalized solutions and fostering strong relationships makes her a perfect fit for CCB’s mission to serve the community.

Gustafson’s community involvement extends beyond banking, as she has actively participated in various local organizations and committees, including as the previous president (and current member) of the Falconer Rotary Club, volunteer Personal Finance Management instructor for the Wiltsie Community Church, member of the Grant and Loan Committee for Chautauqua Opportunities for Development, CODI, member of the Village of Falconer NY Forward Grants and Beautification Committees, and a member of Falconer Business Association/Chamber of Commerce She is eager to continue to foster growth in the communities CCB serves, and contribute to CCB’s goal of making a meaningful difference in the lives of its customers.
